What are your Shipping methods?

USPS Shipping Method is the largest delivery network in United States.  Therefore, we ship exclusively through the USPS. 


  • USPS First Class: 5-7 business days + Rx verification time
  • USPS Priority: 2-3 business days + Rx verification time
  • USPS Express: 1-2 business days + Rx verification time
  • International: 7-10 business days + Rx verification time

International Shipping & Handling

Shipping and handling costs depend on the distance to your location and the total weight of your order. We will calculate your estimated shipping charges, once your order has been added to shopping cart. 

Shipping to Canada?

 We’re excited to offer flat-rate shipping to Canada for USD $9.95.  We ship via USPS Priority service directly to your door.  Customs delays can be common when shipping to Canada, so please factor this in when placing your order.  All shipments to Canada must be made to a physical address.  We are unable to ship to Canada P.O. Boxes. 

How long will it take to get my order?

When we receive your prescription information, it normally takes about 24hrs to get a response from your Eye-care professional.  Most of orders of stock items ship the next business day (Mon-Fri)



How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. Click here to track your package.


Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?


Once an order is submitted through our website, it is usually not possible to make changes to the order.  We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible which makes these types of changes very difficult.  You can always contact us to request a change to your order, and we will see if we can catch it before it ships.




All of our lenses are FDA approved Theatrical and Cosmetic lenses.  We only replace lenses that need to be replaced due to defective issue.  If you think the product is defected, please send back the lenses to our return address provided below.  You have 10 days from shipment arrival date to request a replacement of your defective lenses.  Once our Quality Control team inspects the lenses, we will send out a replacement with 2-3 business days.
